Providing brick work of 230mm thick in CM (1:6) prop., using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non-Modular or traditional size , including cost & conveyance of all material and labour charges, centering & scafolding charges etc., complete as per APSS No.501 for Super structure and others.

Reinforced Brick Masonary walls of 11.5cm in CM(1:4) using second class traditional size bricks and using two mild steel bars of 6m dia in every third layer of brick masory, with free joints of the main block work including cost and conveyance of all materials and water from approved sources to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding mixing mortor constructing masonary lift charges, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work as per SS 509

Ceiling plastering of 12mm thick with CM (1:3) including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, etc., complete for for finished item of work. (APSS 901,903 & 904) (CSSR) for CEILING PLASTERING.

Ceiling Plastering 12mm thick in single coat with CM (1:5) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, sales & other taxes on all materials,all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, finishing, curing, etc., complete for Even Surfaces of Wall but excluding seigniorage charges for finished item of work. (APSS 901,903 & 904)

Plastering 12mm thick double coat in CM (1:5) 8 mm thick base coat and CM (1:3) of 4mm thick top coat with dubara sponge finish including c/c of all materials like cement, sand,water etc., to site, other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, etc., complete for for finished item of work. (APSS 1001,1003 & 1004) (CSSR) Internal Walls

Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar,scaffolding charges, lift charges, finishing,including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, curing, etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall for finished item of work. In - situ - Granolithic Concrete Flooring 20mm thick with CC(1:1:2) Prop: using 6mm to 12mm size HBG machine crushed metal laid monolithically over 100mm thick CC flooring bed (1:5:10) with 40mm HBG metal in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50m x 1.50m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes, thread lining as directed by the Engineer - in - charge including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, etc. to site, seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing of cement concrete, laying, curing, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No.701 & 710)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank (manual means) with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 3m in Loamy & Clayey Soils like BC Soils, Red Earth & Ordinary Gravelly Soils ( SS 20-B) including all operational incidental labour charges such as shoring, strutting, sheeting, planking and dewatering including cost of hire charges of T & P, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work excluding seignerage charges and dewatering charges etc., complete for Foundation of Building.(APSS No. 308)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985) of 8mm to 40mm diameters, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, chairs, overlaps, spacers, dowels, wastage etc., and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and sales & other taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work (APSS No.126)

Supplying and filling Gravel in trenches ,sides of the foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick consolidatiing each depposited layer by watering and rampping including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational incidental ,labour charges hire charges and T & O Complete for finished item APSS 309 &310)
