Consultancy Services for Design and preparation of BOQ for CHS under the work " Addn/ alteration of 04 X Oil fired boilers of capacity 20 Lakh Kcal /Hr with 03 X Electric Boilers (1200 KW) and connected accessories for 153 GH Under GE 865 EWS" for the under mentioned design conditions:- (a) Required inside temperature 20 with variation of (+ or -) 2 degree celcius. (b) Min Outside ambient temperature (-35) degree celcius. (c) Altitude above MSL 3600 Mtrs (Refer Altitude).

Following details be provided by the consultant :- (a) Heat load calculation and design will be provided for each building as per drawings. (b) Preparation/ Verification of drawings for layout of FCU’s/ Towel radiators’/ AHU’s etc. (c) Preparation of drawings for layout of glycol mixture supply pipeline and return pipeline. (d) Preparation of site plan of proposed services and CHS Plant. (e) Design/ Verification to be calculated for the size of pipelines, pumps, oil fire burners, cables, panels and FCU’s/ AHU’s along with specification. (f) Preparation of BOQ for CHS plant system of mechanical, electrical and allied works alongwith rate analysis supported by Quotations. (g) Layout of CHS plant room duly showing all the necessary equipments and duty room with toilet, internal electrification plan etc. (h) Layout drawings for CHS system. (j) Site Survey. (k) The complete design shall be vetted by IIT/NIT. (l) The bidder are required to provide the architectural drawing in Auto Cad format and in hardcopy also for completion of the actual requirement of work:- (i) Preparation & developing complete conceptual plan for all bldgs. Preparation of drawings for complete layout of CHS showing the location of plant room including all major equipment like glycol hot water generator, flue gas pipes, pumps, pressurization unit & return pipeline etc. (ii) Preparation of site plan duly marked with existing & proposed ext. electrical & mech services for the complete CHS Plant. (Existing and proposed ex electrical & mech services layout to be provided). (iii) Layout of pipeline for CHS along the entire Building locations. (iv) Heat load calculation for each building as per ASHAR/ISHARE standard & relevant tech reference as applicable.
