M & L for vetrified tiles lightshade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm as in floor etc of superior quality, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble work laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 including rounding of exposed edges of marble complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete(1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs(for manholes, etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debrish from site of work complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement(for top layer only) complete all as specified and directed.Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.
