Supply and fixing in replacement Indicator Lamp LED type (R-Y-B) 240 V, AC, single phase, on existing LT panel, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out the existing unsv Voltmeter and Supply & fixing in replacement Digital type Volt Meter 96 mm x 96 mm, of range 0-500 volts, class -1, incl internal wiring with 1.0 sqmm single core PVC wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out the existing unsv Ammeter and Supply & fixing in replacement Digital type Ammeter 96 mm x 96 mm, single phase , range up to 0-600 Amp, class -1, incl internal wiring with 1.0 sqmm single core PVC wire complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surface of existing panel of size not more than 1.2 m x 0.30m x 1.2m , mounted on angle iron frame not more than 30 cm height by scratching and complete removing of existing paint and M & L for spray painting the existing panel outside and inside of approved shade with two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surface of existing panel of size not more than 0.9 m x 0.30m x 0.9m , floor mounted by scratching and complete removing of existing paint and M & L for spray painting the existing panel outside and inside of approved shade with two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of existing LT panel by welding, replacing of 06 Nos of broken hinges as per existing size all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm as earthing strip including connecting with nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead and GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia connected to main earth strip on panel or control board and 20mm dia GI pipe light grade with wire meshed funnel for watering of earthing electrode bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. RCC cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.

Supply And fixing MCB TPN 63 Amps (In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1 & IS/IEC 60947-2) 240 V/415 V, 50 Hz, 10 kA curve rating ISI marked and fecilitate inscription window, safety terminals, bistable clip,Large cable terminal,positive contact indication and auxiliary and making all connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 800 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 50 KA breaking capacity with adjustable current range for overload protection and thermal release complete with spreader terminals all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting the electric connection and draw out Air circuit Breaker (ACB) carefully of any make of capacity upto 3200 Amps for servicing the ACB by removing dust, cleaning and checking the serviceability of the parts and testing, refixing it after servicing at the original position all as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of ACB 1250 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole with thermal magnetic release(manual Fixed type) complete with spreader terminals all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting and taking out underground cable ,dismantle LT cable of following sizes of length not more than 5 mtr and locating the fault with fault locating machine and cutting the faulty damaged portion of cable ,making with new straight through jointing kit with suitable size , including excavation, returning filling and all connected materials complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Necessary excavation , sand cushioning ,cable cover as bricks etc beyond 5 mtr should be measured and paid separately)

Repair & maintenance of 600 KVAr APFC panel, compartmentalized, Indoor Floor mounted and replacing the defective parts, neccesary wiring & its insulation and make it complete operational upto full capacity with automation and making necessary adjustments with ACB panel complete At Aakash Sub station as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' (29.01 to 29.12) as supply only.
