Charges for putting bore hole of size 30 cm of pile foundation up to hard stage of sand clay other bulb rate to fix all labour charges for boxing hire charges for boring set and all other T&P employed etc, complete.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soils except hard rock requiring blasting, inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within compound in places as shown by the deptl.officers, clearing and leveling the site with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M etc.Comp.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying, erecting shuttering with necessary sipports for plinth beam with all cross bracing etc., complete ( RCC column footing plinth, beam and lintel sides )

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position TMT. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5,12 mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)
