UPGRADATION OF TOURIST AMENITIES AT ITIMAD-UD-DAULLA TOMB, AGRA

Providing 65 mm thick Red sand stone fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone.(Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Distempering (on old work one or more coat ) with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and fixing EPDM rubber flooring for Baby care Room incl. labour and material etc. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing & fixing of 1.6mm thick PVC Flooring including Cutting, Pasting and skirting of hall including taking out of old existing PVC Flooring laid in rooms etc. complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Supply and pasting of Informative Venyl signboards of required size pasting on existing galvanized iron sheet/ACP Sheet face of the substrate shall be fully covered with venyl sheet including transportation expense and made as per direction of engineer in charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Provision for installation of 80mm thick Glow sign board with 18 Watt LED light and made by ACP and Aluminum frame with required acrylic sheet in design. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and Fixing 0.60m x0.60 m x0.75 m size Red sand stone Dustbins with 5 cm thick wall of dustbins and same border on top side complete as per approved drawing attached etc complete in all respect. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and Fixing 0.60m x01.50 m x0.75 m size Red sand stone Benches with 10 cm thick Top and same border on top side complete as per approved drawing attached etc complete in all respect. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and fixing Retro reflecting direction boards at access point of highway/ roads (Size 1.20 x 0.90 mtr) outer frame 65mm dia Stainless steel pipe grade 304 with and inner frame 40mm dia SS pipe with 2mm thick Aluminum sheet fixed in frame with blue back ground and as per approved text in white colour both side complete with labour and material as per design and drawing attached. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Supply & fixing of 20 to 25 mm thick White marble stone Cultural Notice board with existing base for required information etc. inlaid with special mortar in black colour in required shape and appropriate size as per approved design/pattern including labour and materials T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Provision for Supply & laying of PVC Water absorbent mat 6mm thick including removal of old & decayed Water absorbent mat with labours T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (water proof) in different sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.
