Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing and laying R.C.C slab (1:1.5:3) with cement, coarse sand and stone grit (25-10)mm size including all cost of materials, T&P and lab our etc. DSR 5.3 Rate- 11505.50 x 0.735= 8456.54

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as in Reinforced Concrete or reinforced Brick work ( when not ic in overall rates) wrought to required shape as nessary ic bending for proper completion of the work and ic supply of steel its westage. Bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. DSR 5.22.6 RATE=10785.00 X 0.735=7926.98

M-150 brick work in 1:4 Cement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I. No-305 DSR 6.1.1 Rate- 7370.65 x 0.735= 5417.43

12 mm thick cement plasterin 1:4 cement morter I/C all material labour T&P proper complition to the work . S.I. No-584 DSR- 13.1.1. Rate- 347.05 x 0.735=255.08
