Taking down of XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volt garde cross sectional area is any type and any size Note :- Earth work will be measured separtealy at item No.6

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 25Sq mm 4 core.

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 16Sq mm 4 core.

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 10Sq mm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for cable,etc n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out soft.looser soil for cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading,leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level in exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading of fine river sand and gentally punning for laying of under ground cables. Note :- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying sub class 'B'common burnt bricks, old size designated 75, laid dry flat with width equal to length of brick & with gaps between the adjucent bricks n.exc 10mm as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete.

S&F in repairs, 63 Amp, four pole isolator, breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Taking down unserviceable street/security light fittings of HPSV/HPMV / MH Lamp fitting 70/80 /125/150/250/400 Watt ,CFL Street light fitting 1x36/ 2x36 Watt/ 4 x 14 Watt for replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : 1. The cost of spares such as bulbs, copper bonded choke, ignitor etc shall be paid as supply only. 2. Rate shall be included for flexible wire of size 23/.0076 for connceting the light to conductor and PVC tape to taping the joint properly shall be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. 3. Vehicle mounted Hydraulic type ladders / Cranes shall be used and will be provided by contractor for dismantling / refixing of light fittings at pole and cost for the same is deemed to be included. 4. Lights for replacement shall be measured as supply only under respective items of this BOQ.

S&F in replacement of brackets made out of 40mm dia GI steel tubing, medium grade, 1.5mtr long including 02 Nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40x6mm fixed with nut/bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of brackets made out of 25mm dia GI steel tubing, medium grade, 1.5mtr long including 02 Nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 25x3mm fixed with nut/bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor drawn into and including PVC conduit 20mm bore, 2mm thick with all accessories including independent PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm FRLS single core copper conductor earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Submain wiring, conduit and earth wire hall be measured and one unit ie 1.00RM.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping of poles, concrete base work, protection of cable and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brazing/soldering on both sides (over lapping) to the GI strip of any size as earthing lead including dismantling the old from the existing position/ equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments and reconnecting after repair/brazing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lighthing conductor,32mmx6mm GI strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/Porcelain insulators etc or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing or roof conductors & down conductors etc as required including welding on both sides (over lapping) at all joints except test point fixed as in replacement of existing strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lighthing conductor,20mmx3mm copper strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/Porcelain insulators etc or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing or roof conductors & down conductors etc as required including welding on both sides (over lapping) at all joints except test point fixed as in replacement of existing strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe 40mm bore light grade (ISI marked) cut piece of 3.5 metre to 4 mtr length fixed vertically with bottom end fixed to paretpet wall/roof of the blgd with suitable clamps & fasteners or PCC work for stragiht vertical erection as directed by Engr-In-Charge and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary bolts, nuts etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position at various/different locations pit cover with lifting handle of pre-cast RCC (1:1:5:3) mix along with lifiting handle using 20mm graded crush stone aggragate type A-1 and reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm, and replacing existing earth pit cover for replacing broken/unserviceable pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of broken/damaged. Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphourus bronze 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed incl 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in position at various/different locations funnel alongwith wire mesh and replacing existing broken/damaged items complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of juction box on existing pole of minimum size 300mmx200mmx150mm made out of 1.6mm thick MS Sheet duly painted with 2 coat of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide outdoor type lockable complete with fixing arrangement with 100Amps capacity aluminium busbar 4 Nos and One Nos10Amps MCB SPN including clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm & nuts bolts,washers and thinbles etc complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of microprocessor based programable electronic street light timer (facility of 30 times, ON/OFF) with lux sensor, facility of lux mode, auto mode and timer mode, 16x2 character LED display, input 230V AC, 30A current capacity with connected accessories as 63 A insolator 4 pole, 40 A MCB SPN -02 Nos and 40A SP-03 Nos 40 A 4 Pole contactor with suitable connector and providing all power wiring and control wiring including testing complete all as specified and directed.
