Only labour for removing of old unserviceable nylon newar of Charpoy GI pipe and fixing of 12mm thick ISI mark ply wood commercial both faces of single piece on the top of charpoy, complete from long rail to long rail and short rail to short rail, BWR grade by making 12 Nos holes (04 nos each long rail and 02 Nos on each short rail) with nuts and bolts of 6mm dia witth GI washer of suitable size and provision of 02 Nos flat iron stiffener 20x5 mm from long rail to long rail of charpoy duly holed below ply for support including painting with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Frame of charpoy shall be tightened before fixing ply, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable long rail having both thread broken at end and supply and fixing new long rail GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade duly threaded at both ends, all as specified and shown on drg make of GI pipe shall be ISI Marked. Make Surya, prakash, Jindal.

Removing of unserviceable short rail having both thread broken. Fixing the shorty rail made out of broken long rail, obtained from Srl item No 16 here-in-before threading the both ends of short rails and fixing in position complete as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing unservceable/damaged legs of charpoy GI pipe and fixing leg made out of short rails obtained from Srl No 17 here-in-above threading and fixing in position complete as per drg.

Removing existing old unserviceable 3 way GI albow 32mm bore and supplying and fixing of new elbow (ISI marked), all as specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable check nut and supply and fixing new check nut 32mm bore 6mm thick and fixing in the same position all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for electric welding of long/short rails, legs of GI Charpoy frame of size 32mm by continuous welding around with the joint where ever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable wooden blocks from the lower end of legs and material and labour for welding MS sheet 50mm dia, 6mm thick to legs of GI pipe charpoy, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Unsv components of Chair multi seater three seater appropriate size and shape to match the existing one all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (TP)
