Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads , having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work , including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying and curing , excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing , including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction. (Note : 1) Excess / less cement used than specified in this item is payable / recoverable separately. 2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS:456. Uniform blending with cement is to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS :456 - 2000 in the items of BMC and RMC . All works upto plith level - M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240kg / cum)

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand , filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complte

Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches , removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material - beyond 60cm girth upto and including120cm girth.

Desilting the canal by removing silt, slush and debries from the bed of the drain removing the grass , bushes etc., complete in unhygenic and foul condition including disposal of the same within an average lead of 1KM without polluting the environment by manual means
