Design, manufacture and erection of building in PEB structure of size 20.0 Mtrs X 19.00 mtrs inside plan area Clear opening of 9.00 mtrs with steel stanchions and Galvalume sheet roofing and side cladding on both sides & rear side of the bldg and frontside fully automated, electrically operated sliding door of size 19.00m x 9.0 m plus ( 06 nos equal leaves, 03 nos on either side) fabricated from plate or bar stock by cold forming process confirming to physical specifications for Built up sections Plates of ASTM A572 (Grade 50) or hot rolled structural sections confirming to ASTM A-36, Bracing rods confirming to ASTM A-572(Grade 50) , Colled formed sections physical specifications of ASTM A 572 (Grade 50) with complete epoxy painting to all primary steel memebers, wall cladding and roofing with prepainted galavlume sheeting 0.55mm TCT 550 Mpa confirming to ASTM A 792 Gr 80, Sky light with 2.0mm thick rigid polycarbonate sheet profiled to match the roofing/cladding profile as sky light for both roof and wall for 15% of roof area ,max ridge height shall be maintained as per slope 1:10 , front side fully automated electrically operated door of size 19.0m x 9.0m height plus ( pre-painted galvalume corrugated sheet on front side and prepainted galvalume plain on back side, front side 6 leafs fully automated electrically operated doors ( 6 equal doors leafs bi-parting 3 leafs each side opening on either side), turbo ventilators 06Nos, 3.0 M height masonry wall on 3 sides , PVC bird proofing with mesh of size 30x30x4mm thick fixed below the purlin using aluminimum angle of size 40x40x3mm screwed @ 600mm C/c Pile Foundation including Pile cap/ grade beam in RCC M-30 design mix concrete , Flooring shall be of 200mm thick PQC with HDPE sheet, sand cushion, DLC, WMM and GSB, Ramp of size 19.0mx6.0m complete all as specified and directed. Note: In case of difference in dimension mentioned above and in drawings, in such case higher dimension shall be followed without any price adjustment.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION: Supply & fix single pointed aluminium rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm long Fiixed on roof including all fittings & fixtures and PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 blocks of size 100mm X 100mm X 100mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm fixed over procelin insulators of suitable size with fixing screws etc for fixing strip on roof and down conductors above ground all complete as specified and directed.

M & L for GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm with saddle and fixing screws burried in ground etc from test terminal block to earth pit complete all as specified and directed

M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and secured including 4Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screw including box of size 90mm x 90mm x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and secured to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel strip of size 32x6mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm diameter, connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and including excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep, with a 10 mm thick CI cover, hinged to CI frame on ground level, GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. as all specified and directed.

AVAITION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT: Supply and fix integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium alloy housing with polycarbonate housing and accessories complete all as specified and directed (Make Bajaj Cat No. BGAV 302 LED 24V) or equivalant make in List of makes enclosed
