Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with good sand in layers not more 15 cm thick including ramming, watering and compacting etc.complete complying to standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, Staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum BGL.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum AGL.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal to 40 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc, complete.

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in

Weathering course concrete using 20mm broken brick jelly in pure slacked lime

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm in 1:3 12mm thick

Paving the Floor with designed ceramic tiles size 305x305x6mm in CM 1:3 20mm thick

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick for R.C.C. Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Colour Washing with best Distempering two Coats in to primer coat and two coats with oil bound distember over cement plasterd surface ceiling and other new surface and including clearing,preparing the surface and etc.,complete.

Painting two coat using readymixed emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat (New) including cost and all labour charges etc. complete

Painting TWO coats of new iron works such as steel doors, windows,ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
