Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts:-Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing (TATA Durashine) accessories 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws completeas per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.:- Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet (TATA Durashine) in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating including fixing with self drilling screws complete with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.
