Erection & Commissioning of 145 KV CB

Opening of 132 KV Circuit Breaker jumper from both side by cutting, opening and opening of M.S flat from different point with the help of cutting, by cutter as per direction of supervising engineer.

Opening of Electric Connection from Circuit Breaker mechanism box cubical box properly and safely to avoid any DC earthing etc as per direction of supervising engineer.

Safely Dismantling of old / defective 145 KV Circuit Breaker of with the help of crain. Segregation of R,Y,B pole from base by opening of Nut & bolts and removed from foundation. Work includes safe shifting of (Complete Circuit Breaker) all R,Y,B Pole mechanism box, compressor assembly, air cylinder, copper pipeline etc. site store /designated place to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer.

Safely and properly erection of 145 KV New Circuit Breaker at new foundation for proper operation of it work includes shifting of new complete Circuit Breaker assembly from store/designated place to site as per direction of supervising engineer.

Earthing of newly erected Circuit Breaker with the help of welding machine at different point from main earthmat (X&Y axis) work includes excavation of earth and back filling after checking of earthing of raisor strip emenating from X&Y axis work also includes re earthing of it with the main earthmat X&Y axis before back filling of earth. Painting of earthing strip (M.S. Flat of size 50X6) above ground with 01 coat red oxide paint and two coat of enamel green paint (before painting or all earthing strip above ground level must be clean thoroly by iron hard brush and sand paper) as per direction of supervising engineer.

Jumpring of 145 KV Circuit Breaker by new jumpers of all R,Y,B pole work include shifting of conductor from store/designated place to site, straitening, bending and cutting of proper size conductor as per direction of supervising engineer.

Making of Electric connection of Circuit Breaker by using existing laid copper control cable or by laying extra control cable as required as per new circuit breaker and specification to complete the job satisfactorily work includes making of interconnection, ferruling of each pole as required (ferull will be provided by contractor) as per direction and satisfection of supervising engineer.

Commissioning of SF6 145KV CB work includes fitting of SF6 pipe line, filling of sf6 gas making vecum in the pole for proper commisiong of CB ABB/ Seimens make as per satisfactorily completion of job as per direction of supervising engineer. Work include providing of O rings etc consumable material also.

Reparing / Overhaulling of 145 KV CB Taj BAY

Reparing of 145 KV SF6 CB (Pneunmetric type) by Opening/Dismantling of control valve assembly, cleaning of cap seal cylinder, removal of defective roller, re-fixing of new roller, reassembly of control valve assembly in mechanism, Replacement of control valve seal & bent O-ring, opening of anti-pumping pin assembly, cleaning. de-rusting & lubrication of anti-pumping pin assembly. Replacement of spring in anti pumping, opening and cleaning of closing spring, shock absorber, pneumatic cylinder, cleaning of piston & cylinder including their assembly, replacing of oil & O-ring, Opening and reassembling of trip coil assembly after cleaning of its various parts including measurement of reistance, adjustment of trip coil gap. Replacement of NRV and Drain Valve. Checking of air switch i.e. governor switches, low air pressure alarm switch including adjustment. Checking of gas density switch including all adjustment. De-rusting lubrication of horizontal rod assembly & its various linkages, cleaning of bar pins, replacement of cerclip. Show operation of circuit breaker with help of manual jack for checking over stroke, wipe, poles traveling etc for satisfactory operation.
