Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Induced draught counter flow FRP Cooling Tower of 562.5 TR for 450 TR Chiller capacity with cooling tower components, FRP casing, FRP basin, base frame (galvanized), Fills, fittings with intact Louvers dynamically balanced Arial flow type fan direct driven TEFC/TEAO induction motor, suitable Inspection Ladder, Electrical cable and tray and connections to the panel including of emergency push button, starter(star-delta),Vibration Isolator, Anti Vibration Mountings etc complete with connection to the old existing system along with dismantling and buy-back of existing cooling tower etc. as required. Cooling towers shall be certified by CTI (Cooling Tower Institute). The new cooling tower must have following specifications:- Heat Rejection Capacity : 562.5TR, Water Flow rate: 1800 USGPM Hot water Temp.: 97.5°F, Cold water Temp. : 90°F,Wet Bulb approach: 7°F, Wet Bulb temperature: 83°F,Evaporation Loss: Not more than 0.7%, Drift Loss: Not more than 0.001%, Total water loss: Not more than 0.7%, Fan Material: Cast Aluminum alloy blades with MSHRD Hub, Motor rating : Appropriate Motor make: ABB/Havells/Hindustan/New India, Motor Type: Squirrel Cage (IP55), TEFC/TEAO, Premium Efficiency(IE3), Fills: High efficiency PVC fills with UV stabilization Tower Structure- Casing: FRP,Basin: FRP, Fill Support: HOT DIPPED GALVANISED FRAME, Bird Screen: HOT DIPPED GALVANISED FRAME Distribution Support: HOT DIPPED GALVANISED FRAME HARDWARE: Stainless Steel,Ladder: MSHDG, Base frame: Galvanized (mini. 632 gsm) Cooling Tower Make: BELL/ MIHIR/PAHARPUR/DELTA
Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of following sizes of MS 'C' class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete with painting in all respect including dismantling and buyback of existing damaged pipe etc. as reqd. Note:-The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S.
