The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive with wire mesh gauge etc with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-1 section 8 and clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Tank is filled with water that is made to run through the taps to disinfect the water pipes , etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in the same positiondate of cleaning should be write by erasing the previous date of cleaning with paint and further writing the current date of cleaning. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No. 98.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 300x 450x 7 mm/ 300X 600X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ( in repairs) 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, type-II, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination , fixed with screws as in shutters of Cup Boards complete with Wooden beads of size 18mmx6mm around edges and its varnishing / french polishing as directed.and specified.

Attending complaints of leaking / faulty pillar cock, Wall mixer, WHB Mixer, bib taps,two way bib taps, stop valves, 15mm - 20mm dia for making it fully functional and leak proof by carefully including taking down, replacing minor unserviceable parts such as rubber washer, leather washers, jumpers brass 15mm - 20mm size complete all as directed and specified. Note:Major parts such as Spindles / phases of CP pillar cocks, wall mixer, WHB mixer,Two way bib taps,CP bib cocks , Angle cocks replaced if any shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Attending complaints of leaking / faulty, low level flushing cisterns, PVC or chinaware for making it fully functional and leak proof by replacing the defective parts such as rubber washers,PVC levers, PVC/ CP knobs if required complete all as directed and specified.

Checking and Attending to welding work in repairs to steel windows, handles,door spring,iron frame of doors,rolling shutter garrages and other iron misc works, putty works, welding (run or spot welding as per site require maint) including replacement of defective items/material alongwith and including welding machine gloves ,welding glass welding rod any other tools required ,as per requirement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and Attending to Carpenter work in repairs to Joinery ,(wooden/ steel/aluminium)windows /beadings ,doors stoppers,of iron alumunium mongery , pelmet box ,door spring ,rolling shutter etc requring carpenter work and carrying out minor repair such as tighting of screw nails, rollers for slinding window ,wire of false celling ,easening of joinery,door spring ,wooden beadings,MS sitems ,warnishing etc including replacement of glass panes,wire cloth to joinery or any defective items /materials complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints of mason works for Gratings,tile joint fiiling,minor plastering in walls,ceilings, groove filling, crak filling,doors cills ,windows repairs, chajja repairs,roof joint filling and leakage and seepage in roof and walls,white cement works complete all as specified and diredcted by Engr-in-charge Note: if any major item reqiured measured separate item.

Note for serial item No 109 to 113:- (a) Each slip shall be constitute 6 Nos of complaints only. if nature of complaints are more than 06 in Nos a separate complaints slip will be generated and paid and considered for payment. (b) If any major part required to be changed then the same shall be measured and paid separatley under respective items.

Attending of complaints for checking of existing electrical items/points for serviceability for continuous of electric supply, rectifying the no light complaints including carrying out repairs/replacement etc as required to make the item/circuit functional and replacement of small pieces of wire, screw, refixing of hanging wires and electrical boards with accessories etc all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Any other replacement of major items shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items of this schedule as supply only. (ii) Each complaint slip restricted to 06 nos of complaint for each area and for complaint above 06 nos complaint for each area will be given separate complaint slip. (iii) Necessary item required for note to complaint at complaint cell i.e complaint register and complaint slip will be provided by contractor without any extra cost as per format given and as direction given by JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) contractor will insure all compaint should be rectify on same working day. (v) In this context ifany issue arises then decisin of GE shall be final and binding.
