M&L in replacement of MS box of size 1000mm x 900mm x 300 mm ( Double Door) 2.0 mm thickness , dust proof with front opening hinged door both side, made out of 2mm thick MS sheet cubical type with powder coated painting for mounting of, electric meter etc inside the box fixed in wall by necessary cutting of wall of suitable size in concealed and making good the surface, by applying cement work, brick work and matching colour (Oil bond distemper) etc including dismantling of MS box, including necessary electric connection by suitable size of copper conductor cable of suitable length and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Any plastering work involved while taking out old existing meter and refixing the new meter box is deem to be included in this rate. (b) PVC flexible conduit required within the meter boxes is deem to be included in this item rates.

Material & Labour in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3 mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl galvanised earth lead wire of 4.00mm dia by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised incl PCC pit of (1:2:4) type B-1,(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, earth pit angle iron frame of size 25mm x 25mm, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire -mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe of 15mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board complete all to as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part I) connected main switch board all as specified and testing on completion, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Cost of galvanised earth lead wire of 4.00mm dia from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre shall deemed be included in the quoted rates.)

Sch 'A' Part-II (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs. 554518.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
