Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation grass, buses, shrubs, sapling and trees grit upto 300mm , removal of stumps of tree cut earliar and disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auction , upto a lead of 1000 M including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness .

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres (Brick work demolition)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate in layers Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base (over WMM ) including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grade-2 with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete gr-2 with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth work in excavation in trench for foundation in ordinary soil i/c lift upto 1.50 mtr. & lead upto 50.00 mtr and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed bu the E/I within a distance of 50 m.

Providing & laying in cement concerete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm.nominal size) and curing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I

RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing

Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M 30 using batching plant transit mixer & Manual placing

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all material, labour, curing and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Struck pointing on brick work in 1:2 cement mortar (1 cement & 2 fine sand) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Plaster 15 mm thick in 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick in 100mm widh including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished Surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Transverse Bar (Repeated Bars) for Speed Calming (Thermo Plastic Paint) Providing and Applying Hot applied thermo plastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gm /sqm area. Thickness of 5 mm is excusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finish surface tu be leveled uniform and free streaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 4 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 35 mm x 35 mm x 3 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.( Informatary board. ) 60 mmx45 mm Rectangular with defnition plate (20 cm x60 cm)

6M span over head Cantilever Structure with 300mm dia with M.S. one vertical post -Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 m height made up of 300mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12mm plate of bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing and 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design and drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67:2010 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication supply, transportation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes royelty, VAT etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I.)

Supply and fixing rectro reflective sign board made up with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) face full coverd with high intesity prismatic retro reflective sheeting of approved specification as per M.O.R.T & H having approved message fully processed on by pressure sensitve equipment banc of ACP with frame of 35x35x4mm angle iron all round and cross with proper clamping arrangement to be fixed in structure. the back of the ACP sheet shall be enamel coated. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.00%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 0.50%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 0.75%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 1.0%.

Note : 1. Item for which no rate has been entered in will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates and prices in the bill of quantities (Refer : ITB Clause 13.2 and GCC Clause 43.3). 2- Unit rates shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupee [ITB Clause 14.1].
