Earthwork excavation for open foundation in all soils and sub-soils to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting, inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary. (Excluding refilling of the sides of foundation) and depositing the earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in specified hereunder etc.., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications. (Excluding Refilling).

Filling in foundation and basement and other similar works with Excavated earth in layers of 150mm thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth in Pipe laying and road restoration works etc., transporting to the sites specified by Engineer within 3 km lead including loading, unloading, spreading, levelling etc.,complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix(one of cement, three of sand and six of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation using 20mm guage broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc.., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Beyond 1.50 m to 4.50 m stage below GL

Reinforced Cement Concrete using design mix of grade M 30 concrete with authenticated mix proportion for all RCC works namely plinth beams, columns, Tie beams, footings, slabs, walls etc.., in contact with Water/waste water (using hard broken stone graded chips of size 20mm and less) excluding the cost of fabrication of reinforcement grills, shuttering and centering but inclusing vibrating, laying, batching plant centrally mounted heavy duty chute and equipment for conveying batched material and adding admixture plastizers, curing with relevant standard specifications for Water tanks, above and below ground structures etc.., (Hydraulic Testing, and other testing for the materials have to be conducted by the SIPCOT officers @ Government Academic institutions and the cost is to be borne by the contractor).

Above/below G.L 0 - 4.50 m

Reinforced Cement Concrete using design mix of grade M 25 concrete with authenticated mix proportion for all RCC works namely plinth beams, columns, Tie beams, footings, slabs, walls etc.., (using hard broken stone graded chips of size 20mm and less) excluding the cost of fabrication of reinforcement grills, shuttering and centering but inclusing vibrating, laying, batching plant centrally mounted heavy duty chute and equipment for conveying batched material and adding admixture plastizers, curing with relevant standard specifications for Super structure etc.., (Testing for the materials have to be conducted by the SIPCOT officers @ Government Academic institutions and the cost is to be borne by the contractor).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Ribbed Tor Steel rods Fe500 of all diameters at all heights for reinforcement including cost of steel and binding wire, labour charges for binding, tying, etc., complete for all RCC works complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Providing Form Work and centering for reinforced cement concrete works including supports and strutting for plain surfaces as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and MS 10 guage stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over 10cmx6.5cm spaced at 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm intervals and removing the same after a specified period without damaging the RCC works etc..,complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Curved Surface

External Painting in two coats using approved quality of best Cement paint over the Priming coat on cement plastered / concrete wall surfaces, ceiling or other similar works including cost of cement paints, putty, brushes, watering, curing, etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers. (paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using).

Supplying, delivery and laying of Anti-corrosive internal lining for Sump walls using solvent free, grey coloured, machine sprayed, resistant to water and chemicals, good bong between concrete surface and lining/coating material. No swelling, scratches or peeling of coating specimen shall be observed after application etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supplying, delivery and laying PVC Water stopper-230mm thick, including material, labour etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and delivery of dia 40mm and 25mm MS fabricated pipe MS staircase height of 1.0m with MS base plate entire hand rail shall be painted with one coat of Epoxy Zinc phosphate primer and two coat of Epoxy, taxes loading conveyance to site unloading etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers. (paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using).

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 1000mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete.

Supply ,delivery and fixing of encaspsulated PVC steps inside the well/sump at 30 cm intervals etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers. (the quality shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use).

Supplying and Laying Boulders/Rubble soling of size 450mm thick using 225mm thick rough stones below foundations including material, placing, packing, labour etc.., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications.

Sand filling in Sludge drying beds. Supplying and filling in f sludge drying beds with course sand 100mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including cost of sand etc..,all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and filling with 20mm size Hard broken stone jelly in foundation and basement and other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one of cement and five of sand) using chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x41/2"x3" (23x11.4x7.5 cm) in foundation basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting, curing etc.., complete with relevant standard specifications

External plastering-Plastering with cement mortar 1:4mix (one of cement ans four of sand) 20 mm thick finished with neat cement including providing band cornice. Ceiling cornice, curing, scaffolding, etc.., complete in all respects and complying with relevant standard specifications.

Internal/Ceiling plastering-Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one of cement and three of sand) to 10 mm thick for bottom of roof, stair, waist, landing, internal walls and sunshades in all floors finished with neat cement including hacking the areas, providing band cornice, scaffolding, curing etc.., complete. all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete in all respects and complying with relevant standard specifications.

Colour washing in two coats using approved colour pigments, gum, brushes, including scaffolding etc.., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete in all respects and complying with relevant standard specifications.

Providing granolithic floor finish ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete in all respects and complying with relevant standard specifications.

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 complete in all respects and complying with relevant standard specifications.

Weathering coarse with concrete broken Brick 20mm gauge in pure burnt lime stone slaked and screened (no sand) over RCC roof slab with proportion of brick jelly to lime (fat lime) being 32:12 1/2 by volume well beaten withwooden beaters for giving the required slope and thickness complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Stone dust 100mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including cost of sand etc..,all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supply, delivery and laying Anti Termite treatment including all material and labour etc.., in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Plinth protection 1.00m wide including all material and labour etc.., in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supply, delivery and laying, 60mm thick DPC in CM 1:4 including all material and labour etc.., in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supply and fixing of 110mm dia PVC SWR pipe with ISI mark confirming to IS13952:1992-type 'A' for Rain water downfall pipe with relevant specials such as gratings, shoes, bends, offsets confirming to IS 14735 including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS 5382 with leaving gap about 10mm to allow thermal expansion with necessary clamps, teal wood plugs, etc.., of approved quality and including fixing C.I gratings at the junction of parapet and floor or roof slab etc.., including finishing etc.., complete complying with relevant standard specifications.

Supplying and delivery of dia 40mm and 25mm MS fabricated pipe MS Ladder the height of rail supports1.0m with MS base plate entire hand rail shall be painted with one coat of Epoxy Zinc phosphate primer and two coat of Epoxy, taxes loading conveyance to site unloading etc.., upto 5.50m for temporary access to Roof and all complete as directed by the SIPCOT officers. (paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using).

Manufacturing and supplying of MS Doors - 1.20 mx2.10 m confirming to IS 1038/1983 specification with steel section used for fabrication of Doors as per IS 7452/1982 specification and as per the approved type design for all size applicable for the work with iron oxidised handles with locking arrangements, peg stays and includingtwo coats ofapproved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc.., complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers ( The design should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

Manufacturing and supplying of MS Windows - 1.20mx1.20m confirming to IS 1038/1983 specification with steel section used for fabrication of Windows as per IS 7452/1982 specification and as per the approved type design for all size applicable for the work with iron oxidised handles with locking arrangements, peg stays and including cost for one coat of red oxide primer etc.., complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers ( Windows should be weighed excluding aluminium beeding and glass panel. However the window grill and design should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

Manufacturing and supplying of MS Ventilators - 0.60mx0.60m confirming to IS 1038/1983 specification with steel section used for fabrication of Ventilators as per IS 7452/1982 specification and as per the approved type design for all size applicable for the work with iron oxidised handles with locking arrangements, peg stays and including cost for one coat of red oxide primer etc.., complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers ( Ventilators should be weighed excluding aluminium beeding and glass panel. However the Ventilator grill and design should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

Supply and fixing of Push and Pull type steel Rolling shutters (Gear operated above 8 sqm area) of best approved quality to the required size using 10 gauge channels, 14 gauge brackets, 18 gauge stripper side and using 'c' class MS pipe with required springs, drum wall bearing, locking arrangements with one coat of red oxide primer, fixing etc.., complete in all respects and as directed by the SIPCOT officers. (The quality and brand of entire components of rolling shutters shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using).MS Rolling shutter -Size 3.00x3.00.

Supply, delivery and laying Pressure grouting for Pump foundations including all materials and labour etc.., all complete and as directed by the SIPCOT officers .(The material shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use).

Supplying and delivery of Pressure sand filter of capcity 65M3 per hour to filter the suspended matter escaped from the clarifier and present inthe sewage sand filter of shell size present in the sewage, sand filter of shell size 2.4 M dia x 2.0 M HOS fabricated out of 6 & 8 mm thick plate with dished end and 0.5 M dia manhole with cover, 0.5 M Side Manhole with cover, with Filter Medias for different size of Qty -10500 Kgs of medias including Filter sand, distribution to provided inlet and outlet. All flanges in inlet and outlet connections shall confirm IS: 15328 with necessay batterfly valves, pressure gauges, fittings to be provided the filter shall be hydro tested to 7 kg/cm2 for duration of 2 hous. Entire sand filter shall be painted with Two coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer and two coats of epoxy finish painting inclusive of all incidental charges taxes, loading, conveyance to site, unloading etc. all compleate and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and delivery of Activated Carbon filter of capcity 65M3 per hour to filter the suspended matter escaped from the clarifier and present inthe sewage sand filter of shell size present in the sewage, sand filter of shell size 2.4 M dia x 2.0 M HOS fabricated out of 6 & 8 mm thick plate with dished end and 0.5 M dia manhole with cover, 0.5 M Side Manhole with cover, and under bed Medias qty - 4400 Kgs, Activated carbon Qty-2750 Kgs of IV 900 gradecarbon, distribution to provided inlet and outlet. All flanges in inlet and outlet connections shall confirm IS: 15328 with necessay batterfly valves, pressure gauges, fittings to be provided the filter shall be hydro tested to 7 kg/cm2 for duration of 2 hous.
