M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with pro guard tehnology and capability of tracking pressure as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed.

M&L for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with Texture finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @1 ltrs(undiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old wall surface and applying one coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion 100% weather proof, anti fungal of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or grith complete all as specified.

Note 1: - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. 2. Cost of scafolding upto 5 storied hight of building for rendering is included in this item. 3: Rendering will be done in two layer. 1st layer will be 10 mm thick and 2nd layer will be 5 mm thick.

Dismantling of roof terracing cement / brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified.

The product should be certified by NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only"

M&L for Filling cracks by cutting 'V' groove cracks of internel and extrnal plaster of wall ceilling /chajjas all along the racks up to 10 mm and remove the loose plaster /concrete by suitable tools , filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat and external application must be coated with paint including necessary scafolding of any hieght all as specifed and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness exceeding 40mm but not exceeding 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carry out application of Bi -polar migratory corrosion inhibitor of approved make on RCC surfaces , complete all as spd and directed .( Note: Mode of measurment superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using primer of approved make by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from of approved make as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

(b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (c) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included the surface treatment for wall upto 16 storey buildings.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 12100.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
