The work includes preparation of site, Boring as well as drawing of cable In Normal soft/hard soil with minimun 8'' bore size , including Supply and erection of HDPE pipe 150 mm PN6 PE 100 Thickness 6 mm

Supply and laying of underground cable protective cover as per apecification as given below : The concrete slab shall be machine made using semi-dry concrete that is batched in a fully automatic PLC controlled concrete batching plant and cast in a fully automatic '' Vibro- Press'' machine with a high vibration frequency and hydraulic pressure of 40 MT, the size of the slab be 480mmx250mmx 50mm, (+/-2mm) and the concrete grade shall be M30 adhering to IS 456: 2000 and shall have a minimum crushing strength of 30N/mm2(28 days strength) when tested.

3 WAY RMU, 11KV, 630A, 21 kA 3Sec, SF6 Outdoor RMU – 3LBS Extensible/Non Extensible Three (3) Motor operated load break switches (LBSs) with Manual operated earthing switches in SF6 SCADA Compatible and base channel. Battery charger along with batteries required for Electrical operations of RMU is in the scope of the Bidder. Each module shall consist of VPIS, FPI in LBS Module (N-1) but not less than 1 no’s per RMU. Suitable arrangement for mounting FRTU , modem or Ethernet Switch/LIU along with battery, battery charger shall be provided in RMU. Auxiliary PT as per specification shall be provided in RMU.

Supply & Providing of Earthing with 2.5 mtr long HDGI pipe 40 mm diam with HDGI plate of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 6 mm thick , connected with GI flat 50 mm X 6 mm ( weight of flat is 2.39 kg/mtr), backfilled with alternate layer of charcoal & Salt 2 bag each. Earthing will be provided with precast chamber cover of Size 300 mm X 300 mm with CI chamber cover.

Supply & erection of HDGI flat for earthing of size 50 X 5 mm ( weight of flat is 2.39 kg/mtr). HDGI patti will be connected through nutt bolt and welded if required at joints.
