Taking down carefully existing chowkats/door frames complete with shutters, without removing shutters from frames, for openings exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each, including dismantling, removal of fixing materials, nails, holdfasts etc., and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing door/window shutters of any description, for areas exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, including removal of hinges, fittings and fixing materials, making good the disturbed surfaces and all complete as specified and directed.

S&F factory-made 35 mm thick plain framed and panelled door shutter of 2nd class hardwood, comprising stiles, rails and two panels, faced with commercial plywood veneers/decorative face veneers, kiln seasoned and chemically treated, properly assembled and finished, including necessary cutting, fitting and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory-made 30 mm thick flush door shutter of solid core construction with block board core and commercial plywood face panels on both faces, factory pressed and finished, including necessary edge treatment, cutting, fitting and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory-made 2nd class hardwood glazed/skeleton door shutter comprising stiles and rails of 30 mm thick 2nd class hardwood, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire gauze etc., without sash bars, with framing edges plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with mitred beads for securing glass/wire gauze etc., complete in all respects. Size of shutter members shall conform to IS 1003. Including accurate fitting to existing/new chowkhat with necessary cutting, fitting and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory-made single/double extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/clerestory window and other frames/chowkhats of size 65 x 125 mm, comprising virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate, natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non-toxic additives having maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms, fabricated with mitred joints using PVC solvent cement and fixed with full-body threaded star-headed SS screws, having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category, termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant, including fixing in position with MS holdfast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required diameter and length complete as specified and directed. MS holdfast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately. For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in profile depth and width shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable without any extra payment on this account.

Providing and fixing factory-made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter, 30 mm thick, comprising virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate, natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non-toxic additives having maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms, minimum density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (face) and 900 N (edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category, termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant, laminated on both faces with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thickness of approved design, pasted with hot-melt adhesive, including fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size and full-body threaded star-headed countersunk SS screws complete all as specified and directed. Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory-made solid PVC moulded door shutters, 28 to 30 mm thick at stiles, having 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design, with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on front face and 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, including necessary edge treatment, cutting to required size, fitting and fixing in existing/new frames complete as per specification, drawing and all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm, manufactured from 5 mm thick wood-grain finish PVC sheet reinforced internally with MS square tube, including cutting, mitred/corner joints, necessary reinforcement, fixing in position with suitable fasteners and making good adjoining surfaces complete as per specification, drawing and all as specified and directed.
