Rejuvenation of park and lake by supplying, installation,testing and Commissioning of pref. packaged/portable container based effluent treatment plants having capacity of 50KLD i/c operation and maintenance for 5years at Dist. park at Hauz Khas.

Amount

Design, Supply. Instalation Commissioning and testing of FRP Prefabricated single unit with packaged effluent treatment plant (ETP/STP) of 50 KLD capacity with MBBR Technology having treatment process with sedimentation and separation chamber, anaerobic contact media chamber, moving bed chamber (AEROBIC) sedimentation chamber and disinfectant chamber for Park and lake etc. /c installation of plant/system including cost of excavation, preparation of foundation and making good after installation, making boundary wall as per attached sketch etc. complete in all respect and as per directions of Engineer in Charge to make the system functional including operation and maintenance of ETP/STP for five years including 1st year free maintenance. The FRP, ETP/STP should be portable and should comply/confirming to relevant ISI/BIS or international standard like IS0 certification etc. The output quality of treated effiuent should meet the standard ofCPCB/DPCC norms for horticulture purpose Scope of work is detailed as below. a) Packaged and automatic Plant of 50 KLD capacity i/c transportation. b) Raw water pump. c) Raw water tank of 25000 litres of PVC. d) Treated water tank of 25000 litres capacity of PVC. e)All interconnecting pipes and fittings. f) Panel cable and fittings. g) Bulk meter h)Boundary wall as per attached sketch.

Operation and Maintenance. a)Second year.

c)Fourth year.

d)Fith year. Terms & Conditions :- (i) The agency shall procure FRP Prefabricated unit with packaged effluent treatment plant (ETP/STP) of 50 KLD capacity as required in the work from reputed manufacturers of make of Daikai Axis /Fontus /Ion Exchange/Thermax or its equivalent approved make complying /confirming to IS1/BIS or international standard like ISO certification etc. The agency will submit the specifications of ETP/STP of 50 KLD capacity. (ii) The Maintenance of ETP/STP shall be carried out by the agency for 5 years after completion of work. The agency shall quote the rate accordingly looking into maintennace for 5 years including 1st year free maintenance. The amount of annual maintenance shall be paid after completion of every three months. The security deposit @ 2.5% deducted shall be released after completion of maintenance period to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in-Charge. Non compliance of maintenance, the proportionate amount shall be recovered from the amount withheld. The agncy shall attend the maintenance of the ETP/STP as and when noticed/reported by the department. (iii) Electricity at the work site shall be provided by DDA. (iv) Cost of pipe lines and fittings is included in these rates of STP/ETP.
