Development of works for promotion of tourism at Luhara point Lighthouse

A) Dwarf wall, CC platform for gazebos-Construction of Dwarf wall for earth retaining as per the drawing no MUM/340/2022 in Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), excavation in all kind of soil, laying Plain cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm) as bed concrete and coping in 150mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.( dwarf wall as per drawing and plastered on all three exposed sides with CM 1:4 and 15 cms below the offset)

Earth work in rough excavation All kinds of soil, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power road roller

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparingsurface complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing and laying in position, Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. 5.9.1 - for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

B) Kerb wall for pathways, and paver blocks over platform, road -Earth work in rough excavation All kinds of soil, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power road roller for kerb wall

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete (test cerificate for M30 from the manufacture is required) in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern, factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

C: Horticulture works in four sections-Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalti and carriage upto 5 kms lead complete. ( Earth measured in stacks and will be reduced by 20% for payments as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and stacking Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete as per directed Engineeer in charge (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion and Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge

Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premise 30.50% I P. one liter premise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solution per sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical)including all Materials labours & tools etc.and as per direction of the Engineeer in- charge

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge

Providing and Displaying Mascarena palm well developed with fresh & healthy foliage leaves 150 to 180 cm ht in 35 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Polyalthia longifolia (Ashok) of height 180-195 cm. in gunny bag of size 30 cm complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Croton Petra Bangalore (Specimen ) variety having ht. 60 cm to 75 cm with 4 to 6 branches, well developed, fresh & healthy foliage approximately 60-65 leaves in 30 cm size of Earthen pot/ Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Plumeria alba of height 120-135 cm. with 2-3 branches in bags of size 30 cm complete as per direction Engineer-in-charge.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unsaverieable material’s including all Materials labours & tools etc. complete as per directed Engineeer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water)

Complete maintenance for six months of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge.

D) Components for Children play area-Providing and fixing economy swing of size 8 ft x 8 feet ( product code SW11) of playglobal garden equipment manufacturing as shown in picture

E)Gazebos ready to install (All other works included in the estimate)-Supply of hexagonal Gazebo is made out of marine grade composites (marine grade corrosion resistant & Hydrocarbon solvent resistant). The Inner Column Frame made of 76 mm OD mild steel pipe as per IS: 1161 or IS:1239 hot dip galvanized 65 microns, post fabrication. The gap between galvanized pipe & the FRP camouflaged shall be supported with proper frame work for better stability. The HDG Pipes & cladded with glass reinforced polymer using Unsaturated Polyester resin along with 300 & 450 GSM Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat comprising Viscosity @ 25°C should be 300 to 400 cps with Acid Value of 25 mg KOH/g. Volatile Content of 35%. Specific Gravity 1.12 @25°C. Barcol Hardness of 30-35, heat deflection temperature of 60-63°C ,weather ability, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties. The Glass Fibres complies with DIN EN-2.2 & DIN EN 10204-3.1. The camouflaged FRP grooved column is 90mm OD. The top roof of the gazebo shall be designed to have proper rain protection during the rainy season and shall be assembled at site with the help of modular bracket with suitable SS hardware. PU paint treatment for a classic surface finish.. All hardware is of stainless steel. The product is an all Weather proof & Maintenance free. It's self-coloured textured surface finish with scratch resistant, aliphatic grade UV. Stabilized PU paint with UV stable Polyurethane 120 S+/-5 viscosity aliphatic paint, with minimum standing life of 5 years. These gazebo post shall be individually hand crafted to replicate steel and cast iron. Providing and fixing of FRP 2 windows square Security Cabin (GEM Product id 5116877-27178978599) height of 7.1 foot with 3 mm FRP layer, MS Angle, window type shall be powder coated aluminium sliding window with 4mm thick glass, finishing shall be polyureyhane paint including supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge at Luhara Lighthouse station

F)Electrification work of the designated tourism area-Supplying and fixing 12 Module GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc.as required.
