Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 metre long complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, Earth Work, PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on street light poles with two coats including brackets, flat iron and clamps etc, including painting three black/red bands at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height and pole numbering after preparation of new steel surfaces by scraping with wire brush/sand paper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8,Type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing light grade GI pipe of 50mm dia (Nominal) 3 mtrs (1.5 m x 2 Nos) length along the pole/panel etc bend to shape to lay incoming and outgoing LT UG cables as per site requirement for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : (MS clamps and nuts, bolts/washers, where required are included in the unit rate quoted)

Supply and fixing light grade GI pipe of 80mm dia (Nominal) laid in trenches/road/culvert etc as per site requirement for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Crompton Greaves/Havells/Philips/Wipro/Bajaj

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia x 1.5 metres long GI pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 Nos 40mm x 3mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable LT UG cable of size upto 95/120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Emgr-in-charge,

Supply and fix pole junction box sheet moulded compound (SMC) type with hinged door and locking arrangement of size 250mm X 200mm X 105 mm (internal ) comprising of 63A power terminal block 4 ways, one No SP MCB single pole of capacity 6 Amps 240 volts duly fixed on DIN rail 'C' type and one No terminal for loop in & loop out suitable for three phase street light system including nuts and bolts and washers, MS clamp fabricated from 25mm x 3mm MS flat iron complete mounted on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Austronomical Street light timer panel of rating 12 kW, conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, provided with Protection Degree IP 54, extended wide band coil, FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) Internal wiring, In-built Short-Circuit Protection, Class H Insulation including 65 Amps TP MCB 'C' Curve, 10 KA, 415V one No. and MCB SPN 63A, 'C' curve, 10 KA, 415V one No., all as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make : Havells/L&T/Legrand

Material and labour for special factory made earthing electrode comprising of hot dipped galvaized MS flat inserted in to GI pipe of 88mm bore (outer), 3 metre length, filled with non magnetic anti corrosive material specially developed for ground resistance enhancement power around the electrode to retain moisture conforming to IS 3043 including necessary boring in ground of 150 mm dia in any type of soil / strata connecting to test point all as specified and directed (the earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohm complete all as specified and directed. Contractor shall improve the earthing resistance within the permissible limit without any extra cost. Note:-GI earthing pipe should have successfully tested for salt spray test (corrosion test) Certificate for minimum 500 hours. The Earth Enhancing Compound should have Test certification from NABL accredited Lab. It should be tested as per IS 1350/ AHPA guideline’s. The pH value of Compound should be 7.59, Moisture % by mass should be 8.91& Solubility in 1:1 HCL should be 32.29 %. The Compound should be tested ELV Test as per protocol IEC 62321/111/54/CDV/ICP-OES for contain of Lead (23.0 ppm), Cadmium (15.0ppm), Mercury (Below Detection Level) & Hexa-chromium(Below Detection Level) (ii) Rate for FRP earthing pit cover shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set, 415 Volts, 40 KVA (32KW), 3 Phase, 4 wire, 0.8 Power Factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, radiator cooled engine, self excited, self regulated brushless AC generator suitable for ambient conditions complete with sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV norms, with battery, Control panel for automatic starting on main failure installed on cement concrete foundation as per recommendation of manufacturer and 60 cm above ground level complete all as specified in description given below and directed. Earthling complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (in any type of strata) (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
