Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 150, landings, balconies, shelnes, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases upto floor V level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing andreinforcement with (M-20 Mix) 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.)

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting proping and removal of form work for: Suspended Floors

Centring and shuttering including strutting proping and removal of form work for: Edges of Slab

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

20 mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of brick walls of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand)

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) with basecoat of whiting

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality
