Point wiring (Surface conduit) with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS 2.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS -694 1990 drawn in and including PVC rigid non metalic conduit 20mm dia 'medium grade' conforming to IS-9537 with all accessories including fabricated concealed MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with steel cup screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 2.5 sqmm (FRLS) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for one 5 pin 15 Amps power Points on independent board.

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore galvanised steel water tubings/pipes 'medium grade' with all fitting and fixtures complete fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 15 mm dia PVC connection 600mm long high pressure heavy duty braided type suitable for hot and cold water with 15mm dia brass union at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Hevells/Prayag/parryware

Supply and fixing of ISI marked Stop cock 15mm bore cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing water supply pipe line in position and providing of new 'tee'/ 'union' for connection branch line and fixing complete all as required and directed at site.

Supply and fixing ISI marked bib tap/ cock 15mm bore dia cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including suitable dia non metallic PVC grey colour conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuty conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as directed/ ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Two run of wiring cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit RM.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with 240 volts, one number SP 20 Amps, 10 KA, 'C' curve/series MCB. MAKE: HAVELLS/LEGRAND/L&T/SIEMENS/ABB as approved by GE

S & F MCB, SP, 240 Vlots, 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' Series, 10KA breaking capacity fixed in existing DB complete all as specified and directed.
