Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth for foundation etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 above but depth beyond 1.5m and n.exc. 3.00m complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 50 m but n.exc. 1.50 KM and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

Description all as per Item No 10 above but 5 mm dia and over upto 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 disgn mix using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance 50 m and n.exc. 100m including roughening of old surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove the loose dust complete all as specified

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instruction in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m including APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including applying aluminium paint over APP based polymeric membrane @ 0.11 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone agg., for filling up the undulation on RCC roof slab, chajjas ,roof kerbs etc. to maintain slope complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work main Tee & cross Tee size 25.40X25.40X1.63 mm supported at ends with 38.10X25.40X1.32 mm forming grid 600x600 mm for false ceiling, suspended with 6 mm GI wire , (upto 1200mm length). Adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing gypsum board 10 mm, thick in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturer instruction

M&L for 6mm thick non Asbestos fibre cement building boards, fixed or laid/inserted to Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S&F steel work in tubular purlins post, rafter including necessary cutting welding etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured and paid)

Fixing only, galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed.

S/F MS steel post struts fencing post including cutting top to shape,drilling holes notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling bolting andd similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 ,using 12.5mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edgesin lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.
