Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC in floors(other than ground floors beams,chajjas,landing slab, chimney and similar suspended works incl. making disturbed surfaces in good condition with cement mortor to match with existing surfaces etc. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wooden wall panelling incl. frame and make good the surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finish even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick 38mm wide glass diving stips inserted in position confor to design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in hard standing and plinth protection laid in panel etc, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishesin CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on wall of brick work or concrete surface, to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed coloured non skid ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc. 0.11 sqm and n. exc. 0.18 sqm (400 x 400 mm joint free rectified tiles) in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.13 above but in dado / skirting etc.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 15 but as in Skirting

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but n. exc 1.00 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 17 but as in Skirting

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in step , floors ,setand jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 incl cutting and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut Kota stone on vertical surfaces,skirting, riser etc set& jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement incl cutting and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work / Concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings, benching, roof kerbs, hold fast etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; ; clamps; hold fasts; wind ties; hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters;and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick precast PCC interlocking coloured paver rubber moulded block factory made of grade M 40 single layer monolithic high density manufactured by electro vibro hydraulically operated block making maching conforming to IS -15658- 2006 laid and jointed over sand cushion layer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cusion shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for machine pressed coloured rubber moulded chequered tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 to 25 mm thick set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 300 X 300 X12.5 mm thick coloured designer cheqeured tiling, exterior grade (ENDURA or equivalent) set, jointed in floors & pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement and pigment in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination incl 6mm hick teak wood lipping as in cup board shelves etc , fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised,width of flap (when open ) 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Magnetic Catch as in ‘Kitchen Cabinets’ Cupboards, Bath Cabinets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm dia cup board knobs fixed with nut screws and washers of mild steel bright finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40- 50 mm thick sand stone slabs in sunsheds , chajja, shelve roof slabs etc n. exc. 2m in length duly machine cut all faces punched dressed on face & along exposed edges and set and pointed in C.M. 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B -0( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding , benching, coping , incl removal of old plaster over sunshed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets incl fixing to wall etc , conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame ( top and sides should be covered / packed ) as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor depth of embedded portion of holdfast exc. half brick but not exc. one brick from the face of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases for inerting steel sheet and pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortor 1:3 to ends or edges on brick wall and cutting not exc 10 cm girth and making good etc complete all as specified and directed.
