Labour enaged for cutting of patches in proper shape cleaning the surface Barricating to divert traffic removal of Patthi and disposal of un-servicable material from site of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying WBM Gr -III with specified size of stone aggregate, stone screening & binding material complete incl. sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with Power Road Roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc. complete base course with 53 to 22.4mm size and stone screening 11.2mm size including all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

Providing and applying tack coat (manually) using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications (incl. cost of Bitumen) including all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

On Bitumen Surface @ 0.50kg/Sqm (old surface)

On WBM @ 0.75kg/sqm (new surface)

Providing and laying 2.0cm premix carpet surfacing (manually) with 1.8cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2size respectively per 100sqm and 52kg and 56kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively incl. a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen incl. consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving asphalt 80/100 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70grams per kg of asphalt. (incl. cost of bitumen) including all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

Providing and laying of seal coat of premix fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with Bitumen using 128 kgs of Bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete. (including cost of Bitumen)

Engaging Tractor Trolley for removal of stacked / mulba from the periphery of the site including loading, unloading complete outside the municipal limit.

Disposal of mulba by MT. incl. loading / unloading and carriage complete from designated sites and its disposal as per directions of Engineer in-charge, all inclusive (Av. lead 15kms) out side the Municipal limits

Carriage of material by MT including loading /Unloading and stacking at site completed.

Sand & Crusher Dust for an average lead of 10kms

Screening/Bajree for an average lead of 10kms

Stone aggregate above 40mm for an average lead of 10km.
