Design, fabrication, fitting of towable trolley for 40 KVA DG set along with its minor repair installed at Mechanical Irrigation workshop sub division Belicharana along with allied works

For 40KVA Mahindra DG set installed at Workshop sub division Belicharana, repair/replacement work is to be carried out by way of draining out of old/burnt oil from the engine sump, cleaning of engine sump including repair of sump by way of soldering, brazing etc to avoid leakage and engine parts with flushing oil and cleaning the engine completely. Providing and filling of new lubrication engine oil as per requirement in the sump along with draining of old coolant from coolant tank and providing/refilling of coolant in the tank as per requirement. Job includes providing and fitting of new fuel filter in place of old choked filters (primary & secondary) and M.oil filter with providing & replacement of fuel pipe, bolts and washers of the fuel filter and fuel injector pump. Providing and fitting of new air filter along with cleaning, servicing of intake and exhaust manifold. Job also includes checking all the gauges for proper working and replacement of the same if found defective and proper condition of electrical wires/connections & tighten/replace them if required. Repair of control panel by way of replacement of on/off switches, ampere meter, voltmeter and all the wiring as per specification of site condition. Also replacement of 12-volt battery along with providing and fitting of old/damaged thimbles and washer for battery leads. Repair of shield and its lock and latches by way of welding etc. & the outer body shall be cleaned and scrapped thoroughly for painting. Job further includes designing and fabrication of towable trolley and mounting of 40KVA DG set on trolley for easy transportation of complete unit. The job includes providing of 5”MS channel having minimum 5mm thickness and 33 feet in length approx., MS angle 40mmx40mmx5mm thickness and GI pipe having dia 2” as per requirement. Job involves proper cutting and welding of MS channel, MS angle to fabricate the frame of trolley for DG set. Providing and fitting of suitable axle to trolley frame with proper bearing housing assembly for fitting rim of tyres. Providing and fitting of GI pipe stand with proper hole for pin for resting of load of trolley at one end. Providing and fitting of hook system at one side of trolley for towing. Providing and fitting of 02 nos R-16 tyres to trolley. Mounting of base frame of DG set on channel frame of trolley by hydraulic crane by proper fastening of nuts, bolts or welding. Job further involves painting of trolley frame and DG set outer body with two coats of red oxide primer and then two coats of black paint. Complete testing of the DG set on the frame of trolley and then shifting of trolley along with DG set by towing with transport vehicle to desired site if required. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, loading and unloading and transportation charges, hire charges of tools & tackles, inclusive of rebate on old parts and inclusive of all taxes as applicable.
