Providing and fixing 40 mm ( forty millimetre) thick 1st class Deodar wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Flush pointing on square rubble,coursed or un-coursed stone masonry with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 Sand) ncluding carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as approved specification as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Applying Birla / J.K. white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings, dust, loose material and other foreign matters, sand papered smooth to give final matt finish to the surface upto floor all level complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with premium emulsion of of Asian paints/Nerolac paints of approved shade having VOC less than 50 gm/litre ( fifty gram per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm ( at the rate of one point four three litre per ten square metre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm ( at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
