20.2.2 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm dia piles.

2.6.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil.

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO/SAIL/JSW)Fe -415 or more.

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of orm for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

6.4.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

13.46.1 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade- New work(two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

15.7.4 Demolishing brick work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

19.32.1 Code No: 19.32.1: Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diametre , 1.8 m long complete as per standard design - with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.
