Location and pin pointing of 33 KV and 11 KV cable fault exposing the same in the underground 33 KV and 11 KV cable including digging of trench upto the depth of the cable, cutting the faulty cable and sealing of the faulty cable with the help of cable fault locator equipment/machine MOUNTED ON A VEHICLE will be provided by the Department.

33 KV cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (ideal size of trench 4mtr length & 1.5mtr width and as per site requirement.

Providing jointer per 33 KV joint for filling of 33 KV straight through and Termination Jointing kit with complete work/connection in all respect. (33 KV 3x300/400 Sq.mm. straight through/jointing kit shall be provided by the department). Carriage of above jointing kits and Straight Through from any store of PVVNL Discom in the scope of Contractor.

Providing and fixing of 33 KV Straight through with jointer per 33KV Cable joint for filling and complete connection/work in all respect. (33 KV 3x300/400 Sq.mm. straight through of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make shall be provided by the contractor).

Providing and Fixing of 33 KV Outdoor/Indoor Termination Jointing Kit with jointer per 33 KV Cable joint for filling and complete connection/work in all respect. (33 KV 3x300/400 Sq.mm. Outdoor/Indoor jointing Kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make shall be provided by the contractor).

Replacement of 33 KV damaged cable (approx 2.5 Mtrs. in each case) (cable shall be provided by the department) with Laying of cable in trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil/HDPE Pipe and complete connection in all resepect as per site requirement.

11 KV cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (ideal size of trench 3mtr length & 1.5 mtr width and as per site requirement.

Providing jointer per 11 KV joint for filling of 11 KV straight through and Jointing kit with complete work/connection in all respect. (11 KV 3x120/185/240/300 Sq.mm. straight through Termination kit shall be provided by the department). Carriage of above jointing kits and Straight Through from any store of PVVNL Discom in the scope of Contractor.

Providing and Fixing of 11 KV Straight through with jointer per 11KV Cable joint for filling and complete connection/work in all respect. (11 KV 3x185/240/300 Sq.mm. straight through of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make shall be provided by the contractor).

Providing and Fixing of 11 KV Outdoor/Indoor Termination Jointing Kit with jointer per 11 KV Cable joint for filling and complete connection/work in all respect. (11 KV 3x185/240/300 Sq.mm. Outdoor/Indoor Termination jointing Kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make shall be provided by the contractor).

Monthly maintenance charges for repair, maintenance and changing of parts in Departmental Cable Fault Loctor Machine in FOC basis and its mounting, Scope of work mentioned in tender documents. (Diesel and 24x7 Driver will be provided by the Contractor for Vehicle).
