Injection Grouting: M & L for providing and applying grout made of cement slurry mixed with non-shrink additive like MasterFlow 150 of BASF / Cebex 100 of Fosroc / Intraplast Ep of Sika or equivalent by injection grouting under pressure through nozzles provided, into cracks/ honeycombed areas by using suitable grouting pump till refusal including all tools and tackles, transportation, supervision etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning rusted reinforcement bars by tapping or using mechanical wire brush or any other suitable way including from all around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mode of measurement - Flat surface area of exposed reinforcement.

M & L for supplying and providing one component, polymer modifed, cementitious anti-corrosive primer, formulated to provide dual protection of a polymeric barrier and an integral corrosion-inhibiting system, to the existing steel and additional steel provided before patching of damaged areas, using suitable tools and equipment, all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: BASF MasterEmaco P130 / Fosroc Nitoprime Zincrich / Sika Rustoff 100 or other equivalent. Note: Mode of measurement - Flat surface area of exposed reinforcement.

M & L for repairing damaged concrete portion with single component, fibre reinforced, dual shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar, applying 25mm thick mortar in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowel, carefully compacting the mortar around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average thickness of 25mm using suitable tools and equipment, all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: MasterEmaco S348 of BASF / Renderoc HB-60 of Fosroc / Sikadur 41 of Sika or equivalent.

M & L for repairing damaged concrete portion with single component, fibre reinforced, dual shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar, applying total 50 mm thick mortar in two layers, initially by hand and finishing with trowel, carefully compacting the mortar around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average thickness of 50mm using suitable tools and equipment, all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: MasterEmaco S348 of BASF / Renderoc HB-60 of Fosroc / Sikadur 41 of Sika or equivalent.

M & L for providing mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position arid binding above plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

AUTOMATIC DOOR FOR HANGAR

Design, supply, install, testing, automatic door operation electromechanical system on hangar door at various locations, of sizes and leaves as mentioned below, complete all as specified and directed.

750 Sqn (Twin hangar). Size - 44 m x 12 m, 20 leaf, 10 leaf one side, another 10 leaf another side x 2 entry (both front and rear side) = 40 leaf.

841 Sqn hangar. Size - 18 m x16m (6 leaf), each leaf size = 3.2 m x 6 m.

AED/ ALD hangar Size - 32 m x 8m (8 leaf), bi-parting x 2 entry so total 16 leaf and each leaf of size 4m x 8 m.

The automation electromechanical system of hangar doors shall be designed and executed as per following specifications and specifications as given in Particular Specifications:-

(a) Electric Operation Outdoor type fully enclosed weather proof heavy duty 3 H.P 3-phase weather proof electric motor (there will be one Motor each for every 2 leaves i.e master and slave leaf), suitable/ capable to take load of each leaf. Each electromechanical Motor Gear Drive Unit shall include Idler Braking System, manual de-clutching system, motor foundation, fully enclosed weather protected control panel duly fitted with overload protection, MCCB, motor protection, emergency switch, and LED push button switch for forward Reverse-Stop Function, Festoon type cable carrier with rope wire arrangement, tightner, fire rated electric cable minimum 2.5 mm multicore from motor unit to control panel, other fire rated electric cable minimum 0.75 mm multicore for limit switches to control panel, cable fixing MS conducting with bends, clamps complete with nut bolt & other hardware. The door shall also include hooter cum blinker for safety of door, Idier assemblies, wire brush track cleaner at bottom in each leaf, heavy duty cleat to protect from de-railing, manual de-clutching arrangement in case of power failure; EPDM/ Neoprene Gasket-D & Flat Shape Gasket duly fixed with aluminium strip; flat 3 mm Neoprene soft rubber fixed at Edges of each leaf to cover gap between two leafs to protect inside hangar premises from rain & dust, heavy duty buffer stopper at extreme end of each side parking bay for each leaf for extra safety; anti-falling arrangement. The speed of Door shall be maintained at 6 to 7 meter per minute.

(b) Operation of Door System Each master door leaf shall have a separate traction drive operating unit driving one or more of the bottom wheels. Each Master leaf shall have a motor-mounted, spring-set, solenoid-released motor brake, Each Master leaf shall move with one slave leaf of the other leaves. The mode of operation/speed will be same at both ends. There should be no jerk in door during operation at any point.

(c) Operating Units Each operating unit shall move its master leaf at a speed of approximately to 6 to 7 meter per minute at a zero wind load conditions. The operating unit shall consist suitable 3-Phase bi-directional motor with speed reducer and other attachments all duly enclosed to protect from weather, high speed shaft idler brake, and necessary roller chains and sprockets.

(d) Auto cut limit switch There shall be auto-cut limit switch for each master leaf both at initial and final destination.

(e) Idler Braking System Braking systems shall be designed under normal, dry rail conditions within the safety edge over travel limit. The braking system shall be attached with motor mechanism. This prevents motor from direct transmission of master wheel which ultimately minimizes jerk caused due to start of motor. This also helps at the of closing of door at final destination.

(f) Outdoor Type Control Panel Each door master leaf shall have outdoor type control stations at each leading edge above the floor and from the edge, to avoid interference from the weather stripping, but still permit hand access when leaves are stacked in the open position. Stations shall be heavy-duty with constant switch hold down pressure, mushroom type push buttons, requiring a operator to walk each door leaf open or close while depressing the button. Controls shall be weather tight with convenient hand access when doors are stacked fully open. Control panel shall be of motor protection, overload, emergency power off, other safety features, LED switches with Forward-Reverse-Stop options. Each individual leaf shall have an individual surface mounted control station at each end, each side permitting individual door operation.

(g) Warning Devices (Hooter cum Flasher): Clearly audible signal shall be provided on each individually operated leaf. The warning device shall operate when the push button is actuated for movement of the door in either direction.

(h) Emergency Manual Operation Motorization of hangar doors, shall be constructed and equipped with a manual declutching twisting arrangement to be fixed at normal height so that they can be operated by on-site emergency power or manually.

(j) Auto Track Cleaner For automatic cleaning of bottom tracks from dust and small pieces, a hard nylon brush shall be provided at the bottom of each door leaves.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
