Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Roof kerb,roof padding concrete etc all as specified and as diercted.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment on the roof, cleaning with wire brush etc., and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering plastering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of concrete surfaces over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, side lap & end lap 15cm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finished with aluminum paint @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm all as per manufactures instruction and all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufactures.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as in roof padding, coping,kerbs, bed plates, hold fast blocks, etc., including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of single layer mangalore pattern roofing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wooden Battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets with spacing exc 15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position as in unframed work such as rafter,beam etc complete all as specified and as directed
