SCHEDULE 'A'

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor from service feeder or distributor span, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms Of MS channels or angle sections etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type , any sizes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipein-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated). Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc(99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia, 3 mtr length Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) The compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressedin the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods. the inner pipe should beextended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/conductolite back fill comopound (Ground Enhancer) the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavted pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra per pit/unit. As the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide rage of soil condition complete and testing on completion including dismantling unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in approved earth, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' Bricks,old size, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of old serviceable brick as in cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, Heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /Through pipes / ducts or on poles/ wall / floorjointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with cable size aluminium lugs and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note ;- Excavation & RFR shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A'/BoQ)

Relaying of serviceable cable after detecting the fault and making straigth through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core to 70 Sqmm 3.5core including supply and fixing straight through joint kit complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable after detecting the fault and making straigth through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core including supply and fixing straight through joint kit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface dressing averaging 15cm depth in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting/removal of green vegetation in and around the installations and removal of the soil outside of the installation including spreading thin layer of anti vegetation chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches of any girth all around the LT over head lines upto two mtr from all around the over head lines complete and removing the cut branches from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT steel tubular pole (9 mtr long) any type or size externally above foundation including all MS work with one coat of aluminium paint after scrapping / clearing well the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note;- The above work includes painting of 03 nos black & 02 yellow bands with 30cm by fluorescent paint in alternate layers upto 1.5 metre height above foundation / plinth block)

M & L for painting of 9 m PCC pole with cement wash two coat by using the cement and two coat of aluminium paint over cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bends width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sintex fibre body loopin loopout enclosure of size 230mm x 170mm x 105mm consisting of 4 Nos aluminium busbar of size 150mm x 20mm x 2mm thick fixed on porceline support inside enclosure fixing of enclosure with pole using 40 x 6mm size MS FI clamps of required shape with bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Wiring for 3 core cable 2.5 sq. mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, in existing surface/ recessed/on pole and necessary flexible pile/pvc conduit pit etc. as required

M&L for horizontal boring under the road below 1 mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100 mm without damaging the existing road getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the site of work all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of GI Pipe 100 mm light grade including fittings to poles/laid under road for protection of under ground cable including making good in disturb surfaces and sound coundition complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 6435.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 30). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
