Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling plain or corrugated mild steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick,having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling in framed work in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq. cm and over in section, in any position of unframed/ framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Running Metre

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; angle iron chowkats for door ,barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of welded steel wire fabric fixed to wood or steel members, weight not exc 4 kg per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing water storage tank 500 ltr capacity HDPE triple layer, white coloured, conforming to IS , fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe including taking down the unserviceable water tank and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ball brass valve 20mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreding, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each in soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.50 above the starting points complete, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar (Internal dia of pipe in 100mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, and removal of the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course, finished even and fair to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Note- This item shall not be used where dismantling of tiles in flooring has been ordered.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description (Ceramic/PCC/Terrazo) and any thickness, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds , mitred /stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of roof beams, cantilever, bressummers ,lintels , shelves including supports and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm ) , complete all as specified.

Material and labour Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles, joint free, premium/1st quality, 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inculding 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 450x300 x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc. (Demolition Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cubic Metre

Material and labour for Screed bed or beding layer of morter 20mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying floor finishes to receiving the kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 193956.60 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16 to 18 mm thick in skirting , riser of steps, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC solid door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet , reinforced with steel square tube , complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on boths face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made glazed and skeleton for door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc . divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, etc for door .; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a); fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade (grade-1) confirming IS 14587, fixed with screws for kitchen cupboard and cabinet , shelves for cupboard, frame with door if required including 3mm thick 2nd class hardwood leaping patti on cut edge of boards as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for design cover fillets of standard hard board, 40mm wide and 4.5mm thick, and fixing with screws, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing double leaged floor door stopper of over all length of cover plate 140 mm of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodized with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fixing Factory made box type steel window with side hung shutters (wire mesh type) with pintle hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, steel handle and with glazing/guard bars, including flat iron 50 x 6 mm for cover gaps and flat iron 12 x 3 mm for securing wire mesh, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed . (Noted: Guard bars and shutter glass & wire mesh measured separately)

Make- Cat No PSH-4407 of PRIMA or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' of tender document. Note- Contractor shall submit a guarantee certificate from manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment.
