Taking down Cement Plaster any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified . Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid saperately

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfacces and applying three coat of white wash as in ceilling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm,450x350 or 350x250 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with & including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone as in vertical surfaces risers of steps , skirting, dado and pillars etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone slab laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for Granite (of any type ) 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps ,jambs,pilllars,window cill,cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2)ung marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ung 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finishing even & fair without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling compring of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work as in walls/parapet wall,s removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely, grown on roof/wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. .
