Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2. coats.PWD SOR 2022 662 NEW ITEM.

Distempering (first coat) with oil bound distemperof approved brand and manufacture and ofrequired shade on undecorated wall surface give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand andmanufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
