(ii) Adequate resources (Minimum one skilled refrigerator mech with helper) shall be deployed by the contractor for attending day to day defect being an essential installation. (iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended within 06 Hour failing which a damage of Rs 1000/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues.
