Replacement to the unsv , rusted feeder pillar box with double end, Indoor type including fabrication, without aluminium busbar but providing SMC/DMC in step way to fix bus bar complete with dust and vermin proof provisions made of CRCA MS sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick also having provision for incoming and outgoing MCCB,s/ cables,/ starter cables etc , 02 Nos earth terminal point complete with 10mm bolt, 02 nos nut and 02 Nos Washers 3mm thick complete earth . The panel body must be painted with powder coated paint complete to remove all impurties from the panel sheet, all the door must be fixed with detachable pin type hinges,steel door locking system, Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of internal wiring of all electrical connections inside the panel with necessary CTs/PTs properly fixed on SMC/DMC insulators, LED indicators complete all as specified .Provision for place for fixing of MCCB/ MCB / Starters / Meters , Bus bar complete. A rough estimate for the size would be: Height: 1.2 meters to 1.5 meters Width: 0.8 meters to 1.2 meters Depth: 0.4 meters to 0.6 meters The panel made should have following provisions:- (i) Provision for Incommer / outgoing MCCB all are as specified and as directed. (ii) Provision of Fixing Motor DOL/ Star Delta Starter all are as directed and specified. (iii) Provision for fixing MCB TP etc complete all are as specified and as directed Note :- MCCB,s/ MCB's/Starters shall be fixed in independent cabin in horizontal position,Main bus bar in step way, the depth of the panel shall not be less than 350mm ,All the rates deemed to be included in the cost of the job. M&L for replacement of old unsv 300 mm bore dia of Ductile iron tubing "Class K-9" with spigot and socket end of any length conforming to IS specification laid in trench, complete all as specified and directed.

No different make of driver will be accepted.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Aviation obstruction light, from OH tank upto height 21 mtr, having aviation yellow painted die- cast aluminium alloy housing, 02 Nos red collured poly carbonate dome and accessoried , 220 volt , 50 hz, fixed on GDT bldg including with GI Pipe and PCC Work complete fitting all as specified and as directed .

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium standard conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC Sheathed in service connections , one twin core 10 Sqmm cable standard conductor cable flat or circular including PVC conduit of size 25mm dia fixed on wall of OH tank upto height 21 mtr for fixing of Aviation light and security lights on OH tank, Pump house/ STP or all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
