Dewatering of Static water tanks/semi or underground reservoirs by using pumps of suitable capacity complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities of tanks :-

25000 litres capacity

11000 litres capacity

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of MS framed works jali covering over SWTs as a whole, keeping in safe custody and re-fixing the same after repairs of SWT including preparation of old painted surfaces and including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all over complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: PCC for fixing of MS work shall be measured and paid seperately. Any damage to the MS works incluidng welding etc shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) 25mm thick in flooring etc mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

M&L for PCC M20 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in path, hardstanding etc, laid in panels upto required thickness (not exc 200mm), spread and compacted, mechanically vibrated including necessary formwork, finishing surfaces by brooming/belting etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : 1. The work shall be executed in small patches as per site requirement. Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the above aspect. 2. Cost of brooming/belting, formwork is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping, Bed Plates, Holdfast, Bed Block, Kerb Stones including necessary Formwork and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc. and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering (Internal) 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions), plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L for inspection for cracks on the inner surfaces of SWTs and cutting grooves with suitable cutter machine in "V" groove, properly cleaning the grooves to remove any loose particles, dust etc, dampening with water and filling with suitable crack filler as per manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified and directed. (Make of Crack Filler: STP, Plastiseal or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender)

M&L for properly cleaning brick/concrete surfaces to remove any loose particles, algae, etc, properly washing, removing any standing/excessive water and applying a Bonding coat of Latex based Polymer over the cleaned surfaces by mixing 1 part to 2 parts of cement (by weight of cement), mixed to a creamy consistency and applied over the surfaces using a stiff brusher as per the manufacturer specifications complete and all as specified & directed. (Make of Polymer: STP, ShaliSBR Latex or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender)

M&L for applying correction plaster of 10 -12mm thick to fill the brick joint gaps between bricks and to level any undulations and uneven brick surface with a single component, polymer modified, fiber reinforced sprayable mortar as per manufacturer's specifications and allowing to air cure for 72 hrs complete all as specified and directed. (Make of Mortar: STP, ShaliFix FRM 40 or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender) NOTE: The correction plaster coat shall be applied over the bonding coat (referred under Item No 15 here-in-before) when the bonding coat is in a tacky stage.

M&L preparation of surfaces to remove any foreign/loose particles, dirt, deposits, oil residue etc, properly washing, removing any exces/standing water and applying an elastomeric waterproofing coating with two part based acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating system over the damped surfaces, both parts mixed at low speed properly with paddle mixer to achieve a lump free slurry smooth consistency and applied over surfaces with brush/roller in 3 coats, allowing a gap of 3-6 hours between each coat and 2nd and 3rd coat applied transverly to the underlying coat and allowing surfaces to air cure for 72 hours complete all as specified and directed. (Make of product: STP, ShaliCem EWP or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender)

M&L for applying protection plaster layer of 15mm thickness over the waterproofing coating surfaces with a single component, polymer modified, fiber reinforced sprayable mortar as per manufacturer's specifications and allowing to air cure for 07 hrs complete all as specified and directed. (Make of Mortar: STP, ShaliFix FRM 40 or equivalent product in other makes specified in tender)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and finished with two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of suitable exterior primer, applied to surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces and finished with one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade (in camouflage pattern), applied to surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

GENERAL NOTES :- (i) Application of water proofing treatment will be done by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 2.5% amount of the total contract value shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However, contractor may deposit a FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fails to rectify any defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.
