Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat using Bitumen emulsion conferming to IS :8887 using emulsion distributor including preparing the surface and cleaning the mechanical broom on bituminous surface @25 kg per sqm as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying Bitumen penetration Macadam with hard stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified ,with bitumen of suitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate as specified ,spreading coarse aggregatewith the helps of self propelled /tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by a pressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the help of aggregate spreader complete ,including Consolidation withroad roller of minimum 8to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified values of compction and surface accuracy : For 50 mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregate of size 50-20 mm graded @0.60 cum per 10 sqm key aggregate of size12.5 mm graded @0.15 cum per 10sqm with paving asphailt grade VG-10 @50 kg/10 sqm as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading primixed with bitminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by by tippers laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specifications complete per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 30mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @5.5% (percentage )by weight of tota; mix )and lime aggregate prepared in batch type Hot MIX plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/ semi autometic thermoplastic paint applicatormachine fitted with profile shoe ,glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater ,driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials ,labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt , seals, oil, grease and forgegn materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-ChargeI and accordance with applicable specification.
