Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Supplying and fixing anchor bolts at site manufactured from 32mm dia Mild Steel bar of 750 mm in length in single piece confirming to IS 2062-1999, threaded at top 150mm length and full welding MS Plate 80mm x 80mm x 8mm thick at bottom of anchor bolt including suitable nuts,check nuts and Mild steel spring washers etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Dismembering / Dismantling of Roof Top Tower upto 21 m (on G+3 building) approx. weight upto 3.50 MT, as and where available, including dismembering of all members and fittings by removing the nuts and bolts including shifting of all members, Runway ,ladder,earthing flat,wave guide,antena , cables, accesaries, nut-bolts and other materials of towers at site carefully to ground and stacking within 50m lead and making the site clear all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Rate is inclusive of all operation for engaging labour, T&P, ropes, scaffolding involved for dismantling of tower, dismembering of tower and its accesories, counting of members or parts and preparation of list, stacking the tower material at required locations all complete.) All necessary arrangements & precautions shall be made during dismantling of tower for safety of life and property including necessary insurance cover for laboureres and third party. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.)

Mechanical Transportation of 21 Metre tower material (Approx. 3.50 MT weight) from BSNL Telephone Exchange, Shiroli, including loading, transportation to Library Building, Shivaji University site, unloading & stacking the same, making security arrangement against theft/ loss etc., allied activities all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 20 km (For approx. 3.50 M.T. tower material)

Erection and testing of Roof Top Tower on terrace of G + 3 building, using availabale tower supplied at site vide item no 15 ,as per approved drawing and specifications including lifting the material on terrace of G+3 Building, with all its necessary components like ladder, working platform with railing, carrier and fastenings, gantry, cable feeder rack, antenna fixtures, hexagonal nuts and bolts, spring washers, base plates, wave guide rack and rack support and defecient material to be provided as per item no 18 of this schedule etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

a) Roof Top Tower of height upto 21 m (Weight of Tower upto 3.50 MT)

Painting of Roof Top Tower of height upto 21 m (Weight of Tower upto 3.50 MT) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture as per international Civil aviation rules (International white & orange) one coat of Zinc Chromate Yellow primer all as p0er direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of painting of all tower materials including platform, antenna mount, ladder, vertical and horizontal tray, post etc. and will have to get insurance premium of all the workers employed by him on painting.

Supplying deficient tower materials (due to Shortage / unserviceable materials on Account of material recovered from dismantling of tower) at site. The material required for tower, ladder, wave guide rack, antenna fixtures, pipe stand for lightening arrester, nuts, bolts, etc. as required shall be provided as per drawings in required lengths including drilling holes for bolts etc. in exact conformity with the approved drawings and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

NOTES:

1. All tower materials shall be hot dipped galvanized. The tower materials, fabrication and galvanizing shall be as per relevant BIS and SERC specifications.

2. Measurements: Weight of individual member shall be worked out on the basis of linear measurements and standard coefficients. Nuts, bolts and washers shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp (with 55 LED Bulbs) of Saraj, Binoy, Aviads, Litten or equivalent make with light dependent resistance sensor (day and night automatic timer) with necessary MS brackets and MCB switches, clamps etc., complete, all as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 Sqmm armoured copper conductor Cable "Armoured ISI PVC Insulated & sheathed cable" of approved quality and brand including copper terminations/ Lugs etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge. Sheath earthing for the armoured cable shall be done at minimum of two points on the tower as per the standards specified.

Supplying fixing hot deep galvanised GI flats,plates,nut bolts for tower earthing complete , as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Credit for Recovered unserviceable MS Members, G.I. Nuts & Bolts etc complete

Supplying & laying Mixture of Charcoal and crystal salt (in given proportion) or Electronic brand earthing powder (Bentonite powder) in specified quantity required for ring earth as per specification given by the Department in excavated trench in layers of required thickness below and above GI strips as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing copper Lightening arrester of 1500mm length, 25mm dia, hollow tube and of wall thickness not less than 1.60 mm including tinning the bottom portion of the spike for a length of not less than 150mm and connecting to the G.I. strip of size 50 x 3mm by means of clamps and 2nos 10mm dia brass bolts and nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The lightening spike shall be fixed to the tower with Teflon sheet to avoid direct contact with the tower.
