Scrifying or picking up gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surface by power or by hand picking in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth not exceeding 100 mm deep and removing to a distance not exceeding 50m and all removed from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM), with Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of newly WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

(Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road,path etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth & making good by appling track coat with paving bitumen VG 30 at 5kg/10Sqm, putting in premixed macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg/ 10sqm blinded with 0.09cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again wel rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and any position etc removal from site upto 500m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggraegate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast interlocking paver block (glossy finished) any shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment laid dry & joints filled over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushining complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete kerb stone/blocks (machine pressed), solid, cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 stuck finished including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of newly brick or concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coats synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and and averaging 10cm deep and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick (spreaded thickness) moorum / Red bajri filling in floors or pavings road side berms, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc 15 cm wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area conforming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.50 to 3.00 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) two way reflective type of aluminium alloy body of size 110mm x 120mmx 24 mm and weight of 435 gms in Red, Amber or white in colour fixed with and including all necessary items as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
