Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012, MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy + PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/ selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. including cost of all labour charges, Labour Cess, T&P & GST etc; complete.

Earthwork excavation by mechanical means, including transportation of excavated earth within a lead of 8 km, and banking the excavated earth at the work site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The earth shall be spread in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m :a) All kinds of soil including cost of all labour charges, Labour Cess, T&P & GST etc; complete

Quarrying, collection, conveying, stacking, and placing in position stone boulders of required sizes for the formation of embankment for ramp having a specific gravity not less than 2.40, from an approved quarry on the mainland (India) to the work site at Galathea Bay, Great Nicobar Island, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), including the cost of drilling, blasting, blasting materials, breaking the boulders into required sizes, conveying the materials from the mainland quarry to Campbell Bay, further transportation from the anchoring point to the work site at Galathea Bay by engaging floating barges of appropriate capacity, including stacking at site and placing in position in the formation of the ramp as per the approved alignment and as per the directions of the EIC. The rate shall be inclusive of royalty charges; loading, unloading, and transportation of all materials to the work site; GST and all other applicable direct and indirect taxes; all labour charges with cess; cost of tools and plants; and hire charges for trucks, cranes, excavators, motor launches, floating barges, and all other equipment required to complete the work etc. complete.

Supplying and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range 63mm to 45mm from the approved quarry at Mainland(India) to the work site at Galathea Bay site in Great Nicobar Island as directed by the EIC, including cost of stone aggregate, conveying from mainland (India) quarry to work site at Galathea Bay and stacking at site, royalty charges, including GST and all other direct and indirect taxes, if any, all labour charges with cess, cost of tools and plants required for this work etc. complete.

Laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate size, stone screening and binding material including screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc. complete including cost of screening, kankar, moorum and red bajri etc. all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess, GST etc. complete but cost of stone metal will be paid separately. Base course with stone aggregate 63 mm to 45 mm size including stone screening 13.2 mm size. a) Two layers of each consolidated thickness of 100mm.
