Complete servicing of 400 CFM refrigrated air dryers(Trident make) of 500 Lpm oxygen plant(Inmatec make) at Govt. GB Pant Hospital, Srinagar. The job includes arresting of leakage with regard to gas with the help of brazing / welding in the compressor and its allied circuits. The job further includes providing and filling of 134-A gas(5Kg approx), replacement of Trident inner Filters(2No) and drain timer switches(2No) The job also includes disassembling of the dryer and assembling back after replacement of the filters and servicing there of. The job further includes arrangement of consumables items, tools and tackles etc for carrying out the job. The job includes testing of the dryer on full load. The job also includes carrying out any other work /item not mentioned above but necessary for servicing and proper functioning of the dryers .
Replacement of Drain Timer Switch(1No) and inner filter(1No) of Compressors(CPC 75) of 500 Lpm oxygen plant(Inmatec make) at Govt. GB Pant Hospital, Srinagar.
