Supply and fixing pressed steel frames door 125 x 60 x1.25 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs/hold fast duly tarred with bitumen and sanding with sharp clean sand, hinges, lock strike plate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, including incl fixing of holdfast complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- During Fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster ,similar wall tile,floor tile etc and as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing Factory made fully wire gauged (single piece both sides) PVC prelam door shutter 33-35mm thick style consisting of frame made of MS tubes 19x19mm top and 19mm in styles. Single piece plainbottom rails and 19mm coloured PVC sheets 5mm thick to be used to cover styles and rails. PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside on either side as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panel will be wire guaged tightly and firmly as per mfr instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in reapir for ACP sheet 4mm thick in aluminium frame including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as per manufacturers specifications & directed. by engr in charge.

Material and labour Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any motar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
