Amount

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30) 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as directed.

Applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS: 8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clause 503 of MORTH complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm complete all as directed.

Dense bituminous macadam with minimum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregate of specified grading II (26.50mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achieve desired camber, gradient and compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 505 complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick center lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (including reflectorizing glass beads@250 gms per sqm as per IRC-35-1997)of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed. (Make: Metro road system /Shivalik / Asian) Note : 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

Road stud (Cats Eye) Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate ABS moulded body fixed in repairs and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 26000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications of category A of MORT&H (RW/NH-33023/10/97-DO III Dtd 11.06.1997). The pavement markers will be auto moulded by dual polymer shanks and must comply with all the MORT&H specifications. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm, and 100mm respectively and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (of diameter not less than 19+/02 mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to be minimum value of 500Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete all as directed. Make : 3M or equivalent

Delineator made of M.S Hollow rectangular Pipe (Conforming to IS :4923) fixed in repairs of cross section 96mm X 48mm of 1.2 meter length. The top of the hollow pipe welded and closed with 16 gauges M.S Sheet. The height of the Delineator above ground level should be between 0.8 meter and 1.0 meter. The bottom of the delineator should be provided with holdfast of length 15cm on each side. Delineator should be painted with coat of Zinc Chromate stoving Primer and two coats of Black Stove Enamel (Oven Baked) paint with 3 nos. 15cm bands of white Retro-reflective sheeting of Engineering Grade pasted around the pipe and 2 Nos. high intensity Grade Retro-Reflective sheeting of size 8cm X 10 cm pasted on top of each side of Delineator and treated with HLVA & fixing the same in M-15 grade concrete block of size 30X30X30cms including transportation etc complete all as directed. The construction and placement of the delineator must be as per IRC: 79. Make : 3M or equivalent

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone masonry/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) below or above ground level complete all as directed

Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc (Laid bedded and point in any cement mortar) including removing off the premises complete all as directed

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

Precast cement blocks masonry with solid blocks grade C-5, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, Chajja kerbs, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc complete all as directed

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal mix) , 1:1.5: 3(using 20mm graded aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors , roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as directed.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips. complete all as directed

100mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooing, complete all as directed.

M-sand as cushioning material complete all as directed

Machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paving Block of glass fibre reinforced glossy finished vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as directed

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed .

Preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as directed

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed
